1Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the six66 platform and its users. By using the six66 website, application, or any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to all of these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the six66 platform. These Terms are established in accordance with Bangladeshi law and apply to users in Bangladesh.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on the six66 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21+ only.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each individual may open only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You must use the account in your own name and for yourself — placing bets on behalf of others is not permitted.

If six66 determines that a user has opened an account in violation of the eligibility conditions above, six66 reserves the right to immediately cancel that account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3Account Management

After registering an account, users have the following responsibilities:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential — they must not be shared with anyone.
• Immediately notify the six66 support team of any unauthorized access to your account.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the information registered on the account up to date and accurate at all times.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
• If six66 requests documents for identity verification (KYC), the user is obligated to provide them.

For security reasons, six66 may initiate additional verification processes at any time. This is done to protect your account and funds.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies apply to financial transactions on the six66 platform:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• After a deposit is successfully verified, it is generally credited to the account as quickly as possible.
• Deposits from a third party or another person's account are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to registered payment methods — no other methods are available.
• In the event of any suspicious activity or fraud, six66 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

six66 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering will be calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

VIP Program

• The six66 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
• The Bronze tier offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• The Silver tier offers up to 0.4%, the Gold tier up to 0.6%, and the Platinum tier up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular play.

six66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the associated bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the six66 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless six66 approves this in a specific case.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, disconnection, or other reason, six66 will settle it according to the applicable policy.
• six66 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.
• Any attempt to use multiple accounts to gain an advantage through bonuses or odds is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, if an event does not conclude within the scheduled time or is rescheduled, a decision will be made in accordance with six66's rules.

six66 reserves the right to make the final decision on all games and betting activities, and such decisions are considered final and binding.

10Account Suspension or Closure

six66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious financial activity on the account.
• Evidence of bot or automation software use.
• At the user's own request.
• At the discretion of six66 due to prolonged inactivity.

Upon account closure, the verified balance may be returned; however, if the closure is due to a violation, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

11Limitation of Liability

six66 bears no responsibility for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-way due to internet disconnection or technical reasons.
• Login credentials being stolen due to the user's own carelessness.
• Technical delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• Service unavailability during unexpected server maintenance or upgrades.
• Financial losses arising from the user's betting decisions.

six66 is an entertainment platform. The user alone bears full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from gaming or betting decisions.

12Changes to Terms

six66 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms and conditions will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
• For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or platform notification.
• If you continue to use the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, you have the right to close your account.
